The dynamic air volume control valve (1) is a new type of electric pressure independent air volume control regulating valve, equipped with an air volume measurement device, controller, and electric actuator. This product is suitable for controlling the end air volume of fixed or variable air volume air conditioning and ventilation systems. The air valve controller can be connected to the centralized control system to achieve more intelligent indoor environment control and management.
The Tonghai dynamic air volume control valve is divided into two series: FCV and FCVR.

FCVR:
The FCVR series products have a flat circular shell with flanges at both ends. The FCVR series has a total of 4 specifications, with a recommended air volume range of 1500-1500m3/h, suitable for sitations where the air volume exceeds the maximum recommended air volume of the FCV series products. The recommended air volume for each specification is shown in the table below, and the recommended working pressure difference is 100-750 Pa.

● Space saving: There is no need for straight pipe sections before and after the air valve, and it can be directly installed downstream of elbows or tees. It can be installed horizontally, vertically, or obliquely, and the air volume measurement and control performance are not limited by the installation posture.
● High airtightness: The valve body leakage reaches Class A, and the valve plate meets the leakage requirements of ordinary air valves (according to JG/T 436-2014 "Building Ventilation Air Volume Control Valves" standard) (to be tested).
● The valve body material is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, fully welded, fire-resistant, high and low temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
● Pressure independent: The air volume measurement deviation is ≤ 5%, and the control deviation is ≤ 5%.
● Controller: supports RTU485 communication mode and can be integrated with the control system.
