Pre-sales Services
Solution Consultation
For existing or new projects, we will inquire with users about the environmental requirements of the processes, production, or experimental activities. We conduct an feasible analysis of the proposed ventilation systems, equipment, and control systems. We uate existing systems based on available records or design parameters.
As shown below, the technical support we provide not only helps shorten the design time for the user's design team but also reduces unnecessary design changes or increases in construction costs. It minimizes the losses caused by construction delays.

Product Selection
We will perform product selection based on user requirements and system design (or existing conditions) to achieve more specific and cost-effective solutions. Our product selection takes into consideration not only the equipment technical specifications required by the design engineers but also factors such as the airtightness of the space envelope, room pressure gradients, duct pressure levels, process equipment operating modes, space utilization, budget, and the capabilities of the user's operation and maintenance team.
The recommended product selection includes equipment produced by us and also by others:

· Selection of exhaust hoods, high-efficiency exhaust filtration units
· Selection of fans and air conditioning units, and
· Selection of automatic control devices
Additionally, we can also undertake customized design of equipment based on specific user requirements.
After-sales Service
Installation and Quality Assurance Service
During the construction phase, our technical service personnel will guide equipment installation, conduct installation verification, and provide assistance during equipment test as well as system commissioning and validation.
User training is initiated during the test, commissioning and validation stages. We ensure ongoing communication to help users master the knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance techniques, thereby enhancing our understanding of the user's system.
Throughout the operational phase, we proactively reach out to users, providing remote guidance for equipment checks and maintenance. We commit to responding promptly, within 24 hours, when users encounter troubles or submit requests, offering timely support and assurance.
Value-Added Service
After obtaining user consent, we can remotely log in to the control systems, analyze the status and trend records of equipment and systems, and provide the following value-added services to meet user needs and comply with regulations and SOP requirements, thereby reducing operation and maintenance costs.
· Remote diagnosis and maintenance notices before trouble-shooting
· Control system upgrades
· Indoor environment and system energy efficiency assessment and re-commissioning
· Emergency response services
We will schedule training for users’ maintenance teams in order to improve the facility management level of users.
