        The product model is a circular sealed valve designed for circular ventilation ducts. This type of closed valve comes in standard sizes (in millimeters) with diameters of 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 800,900 etc( unit mm). Each valve is equipped with two flange edges for easy on-site pipeline installation. 

        Be able to customize valves and flanges of special sizes according to customer actual requirements. 

        Rectangular sealed valves can be customized according to the size of the on-site air duct design, or special sizes of valves and flanges can be customized according to customer actual requirements.

Product composition
Our sealed valves are manufactured according to the highest industry standards, and each valve undergoes zero leakage testing before leaving the factory. The testing is carried out in accordance with ISO10648-2 《Isolators - Classification and related testing methods based on airtightness》 and GB 50346-2011 《Technical Specification for Building of Biosafety Laboratories》. 

Valve body, disc, rotating shaft, linkage device, and sealing seat: Made of 304 stainless steel; 

Sealing gasket and sealing ring: Made of high-quality silicone.

Product Description

Sealed valves, also known as low leakage valves or airtight valves, are used in air conditioning and ventilation systems in fields such as nuclear power, petrochemicals, food processing, and laboratories. Their main function is to block the airflow on the supply or exhaust ducts, and they have good airtightness. They are often used at both ends of bag in and bag out high-efficiency filtration devices, as well as to close the ventilation ducts in biosafety level III and IV laboratories, in order to facilitate disinfection of high-efficiency filters and enclosed spaces.
